zipzōn is cost-competitive with traditional laces. System cost per pair is $1.50 USD for Speed-Fit and $3.00 USD for Custom-Fit, using a simple webbing-based factory installation.

zipzōn operates as an ingredient brand, working directly with product teams to integrate single- or multi-zone fit solutions during development.
